How client material is used
Client material is used only for the engagement it was provided for. Access to client material is limited to what the engagement requires, for the full length of the engagement. Client data is not sold. Client data is not used to train models.
How this works
A client provides material for a named engagement. The company uses that material only for that engagement, limits access to what the engagement requires, and does not sell it or use it to train models. At engagement end, the client instructs return or delete, and the company follows that instruction.
End of engagement: removal, return, or deletion
Client material is removed at engagement end. At engagement end, client material is returned or deleted on the client's instruction. The client decides which of those two outcomes applies. Public material and client names
No client is named in public material without written permission. No public case study is built from client work without written permission.

Scope and limits, stated briefly
