Movahedi Solutions
How work is planned, checked, and improved
1000823315 ONTARIO INC., operating as Movahedi Solutions, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Contact: mohammad@movahedi.ca. Movahedi Solutions is an independent privacy and AI governance consultancy. It provides advisory services only. It does not operate client systems, and it does not present itself as a software product or a hosted service. This page describes how the firm plans, checks, and improves its own work, using the DMAIC method from Six Sigma: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control. The method is adapted here to an advisory consultancy with a static public site. Each step below names the work that is actually done, and the record that shows it was done.
The founder has Lean Six Sigma coursework (LinkedIn Learning, 2022) as a personal credential, listed on the Certificates page exactly as a founder personal credential. It is not a company certification, and it does not certify the firm. See Certificates for the full statement.

Client data rules that apply across every engagement: client material is used only for its engagement; access is limited to what the work requires; material is removed at the end of the engagement; material is returned or deleted on client instruction; client material is never sold, never used for model training, and never named publicly without written permission.
Define: scope and controls agreed in writing before work starts
Before work starts, scope and controls are agreed in writing for that engagement. What Define covers: the service from the list above, and the question the engagement must answer; what material the client will provide, and what material the firm will produce; the client data rules listed above, as they apply to that engagement; what the engagement will not cover, so the boundary is clear from the start. The written agreement for the engagement is the record for this step. Work does not start on an undefined scope. A question that needs a different service, a different record, or a different check is raised during scoping, so it can be answered for that engagement rather than assumed later.
Measure: dated checks on the public site and on documents
Measure means a check that produces a dated, checkable result. The firm measures its own public site and its own documents. It does not measure client systems, which it does not control. Checks used in this step: dated header scan of the public site, with the scan link in the table below; internal link check, where internal links are checked before a site change is published, and a change with a broken internal link does not go forward until the link is fixed and checked again; site checks before publish, where the public site, served over HTTPS through Cloudflare and built and deployed from GitHub, is checked for errors and broken links as described in the Control step below; document dates, where Trust Center documents carry a date, so a reader can see when each statement was written, for example the Certificates page, dated October 27, 2026. A result is stated only with its date and its source. A result without a date is not used as evidence on this page.
Analyze: root-cause review for any site or engagement issue
When a site issue or an engagement issue is found, it is reviewed for its root cause before it is closed. What Analyze covers: what happened, stated from the record for that issue; what caused it, as far as the record shows; whether the same cause could affect another page, another document, or another engagement; what fix would prevent the same cause from recurring, rather than only correcting the single instance. The review is recorded with the fix in the Updates log described in the Improve step. An issue that has been corrected without a review of its cause is not treated as closed under this method.
Improve: fix and re-check, with a dated Updates log
Improve means the fix is made, checked again, and recorded with a date. What Improve covers: the fix is applied to the cause found in the Analyze step, not only to the visible symptom; the affected page, document, or submission file is checked again after the fix, using the same check that found the issue; the change is entered in a dated Updates log, showing what changed, when it changed, and what re-check was run; a fix that fails its re-check is not published, and it goes back for further work until it passes. The Updates log is the record that improvement happened. A claim of improvement without a dated log entry and a passed re-check is not made on this page. The Trust Center Updates summary is on the Trust Center hub.
Control: checks that run before any publish or submission
Control means the checks that must pass before a publish or a submission goes out. No publish or submission skips this step. Checks that run before any publish: copy check, where the text is checked for errors before publish, and a file that fails this check is corrected and checked again; internal link check, where internal links are checked before publish, and a publish with a broken internal link does not go forward; header scan as a check, where the header scan result is used as a dated check on the public site, in the same way the table below states it, as a header scan only, never presented as a penetration test. Checks that run before any submission file is shown or uploaded: final-file check, where every file for an external submission is built as a clean final version, then checked before it is shown or uploaded, confirming the file contains no unfinished mark and no blank signature block, and the file that is shown is the exact file that is uploaded. These checks apply to every publish and every submission file, including repeat work. A prior pass does not carry over to a changed file. A changed file is checked again in full.
Recorded process checks
This table lists only process checks that were actually run, each with its result, its date, and where to verify it. Each row is a checkable record, not a projection and not an average. No aggregate, rate, percentage, average, or chart is shown in this table.
| Check | Result | Date | Where to verify |
|---|---|---|---|
| Third-party header scan of movahedi.ca | See Security Practices | October 28, 2026, 00:59 UTC | Security Headers scan for movahedi.ca |
| Public site served over HTTPS through Cloudflare, built and deployed from GitHub | As stated on the Security Practices page | Stated on the Security Practices page, with the header scan date above as its dated check | Security Practices, and the header scan link in the row above |
| Internal links checked before publish | Internal links checked before publish; a publish with a broken internal link does not go forward | Date recorded in the Updates log for that publish | Updates log entry for the publish in question, on the Trust Center hub |
| Copy checked before publish | Text checked for errors before publish; a failed check is corrected and checked again | Date recorded in the Updates log for that publish | Updates log entry for the publish in question, on the Trust Center hub |
| Submission files checked before sharing | File built as a clean final version and checked for unfinished marks and blank signature blocks before it is shown or uploaded | Date recorded with the submission file | The submission file itself, as shown before upload |
| Trust Center document dates | Each document carries its own date; the Certificates page is dated October 27, 2026 | October 27, 2026 for the Certificates page; each other document carries its own date | Certificates, and each Trust Center document in turn |
| Engagement scope agreed in writing | Scope and controls agreed in writing before work starts, for that engagement | Date of the written agreement for that engagement | The written agreement for that engagement |
A reader who needs a check that is not listed here should ask through mohammad@movahedi.ca, naming the check and the engagement or page it concerns, so the answer can point to the same record.
Preventing known publishing mistakes
Publishing and submission steps are set so a known mistake is caught before it goes out. For this firm, this applies to site publishing and to submission files, where the firm controls the full process. Checks in place:
- House style check before publish. Before a page is published, its text is checked against the house style list (punctuation and phrasing the site avoids). A match stops the publish until it is corrected and the check is run again. The check is automatic, so it does not depend on spotting the error by eye.
- Internal links checked before publish. Before a site change is published, internal links are checked. A broken internal link stops the publish until it is fixed and checked again. This keeps a publish from sending a reader to a page that does not exist.
- Submission files checked before sharing. Before a submission file is shown, its text is extracted and checked for unfinished marks and blank signature blocks. A file that fails this check is not shown and not uploaded. The file that passes is the exact file that is uploaded, with no substitution after the check.
- Header scan as a check, not as a guarantee. After a site change, the header scan result is a dated check that the site headers still return the expected result. A changed result is reviewed under the Analyze step before the change is treated as complete.
Each of these checks stops the process at the point where the mistake would otherwise go out. None of them depends on memory, and none of them is skipped for a small change. A small change is checked in the same way as a large change, because a small change can carry the same kind of error.
