1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and ourPrivacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Paid or formal consulting work is governed primarily by a separate proposal, statement of work (SOW), engagement letter, or master services agreement. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed engagement documents control for that engagement.
2. Website use

- Scrape, bulk-download, or republish substantial portions of the site without prior written permission.
- Misrepresent affiliation with Mohammad Movahedi or imply endorsement without consent.
- Attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the site, forms, or related infrastructure.
- Use the site to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
- Reverse engineer or misuse interactive tools (e.g., quizzes, configurators) beyond ordinary use.
We may suspend or block access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or threatens security or availability.
3. Consulting & advisory services
Service pages describe typical offerings (privacy and data governance, AI governance, process excellence, custom solutions, media/branding data practices, and fractional advisory). Descriptions are illustrative, not fixed offers.
- No automatic engagement:Submitting a form, booking a discovery call, or downloading a resource does not create a consulting relationship or guarantee availability.
- Scope:Deliverables, timelines, fees, dependencies, and acceptance criteria are defined only in signed engagement documents.
- Client responsibilities:Timely access to stakeholders, systems, and accurate information is typically required for effective work; delays may affect schedule and outcomes.
- Independence:Unless expressly agreed in writing, engagements are independent contractor / advisory relationships—not employment, partnership, or joint venture.
4. Not legal advice; no professional monopoly claims
Site content and informal discussions donot constitute legal advice, legal opinions, or the practice of law. Privacy, AI, and compliance guidance is professional consulting informed by industry practice and certifications (including CIPP/C) but is not a substitute for advice from a licensed lawyer or other regulated professional for your specific facts.

5.1 Site content
Unless otherwise noted, text, design, graphics, logos, and original materials on this site are owned by Mohammad Movahedi or used under license. All rights reserved. Limited quotation with attribution and link-back for commentary or education is welcome; wholesale reuse requires permission.
5.2 Engagement work product
Ownership of deliverables created under a paid engagement is set in the SOW or engagement letter. Typical default (unless negotiated otherwise):
- Client materials:documents, data, and pre-existing IP you provide remain yours.
- Custom deliverables:finalized work product created uniquely for you (e.g., your policies, RACI charts, roadmaps branded for your organization) is assigned or licensed to you as specified in the engagement documents upon full payment.
- Pre-existing tools & know-how:frameworks, templates, methodologies, checklists, and generic accelerators that I bring to an engagement remain my IP. You receive a non-exclusive license to use them internally as incorporated into your deliverables, unless a broader license is agreed in writing.
- Portfolio use:With your consent or after reasonable anonymization, I may reference high-level project types for professional marketing, never disclosing confidential client information.
6. Confidentiality
I treat non-public business, technical, and personal information shared in a professional context as confidential, subject to:
- Mutual confidentiality terms in an NDA or engagement letter when executed.

- Information that is or becomes public through no fault of the receiving party, independently developed, or rightfully received from a third party without duty of confidence.
Do not send highly sensitive secrets (production credentials, full datasets of personal information, sealed legal strategy) through public website forms. Use agreed secure channels once an engagement is underway.
7. Your submissions
If you submit information via forms or email, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant me a limited license to use that information to respond and, if we engage, to perform services. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
